Gamivo is a scam business. They use dark patterns in order to try to trick you into paying for extra services. They make it intentionally hard to see that you will be signing up for their "SMART" subscription when making a normal order. Avoid at all costs.

Update: they refunded me when I said I would do a chargeback. Do they know they're in the wrong?
